As we scale, we’re looking for passionate individuals to be part of our growth journey. 🔹 Role Overview: Sales Development Representative (SDR) We’re looking for a dynamic SDR to join our in-house sales team at our Chennai HQ. This role is all about pipeline generation, lead qualification, and demo booking. If you're someone who can turn a cold lead into a warm conversation, this is for you. 💼 Key Responsibilities Engage potential leads via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp Qualify and pre-qualify leads based on interest and fit Set up and schedule product demos for interested prospects Maintain up-to-date records on CRM with all interactions Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns Report daily/weekly metrics to the sales lead ✅ What We’re Looking For Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English – essential 2+ years of experience in logistics, ideally in customs clearance operations A natural conversationalist with strong sales instincts Ability to handle objections and drive engagement Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B outreach workflows Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate (this is an in-office role) 🎯 Who Will Thrive in This Role Someone who enjoys talking to people and building rapport Has a foundational understanding of logistics or customs operations Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Wants to grow in a tech-first, AI-led SaaS company 📩 Interested?
