Job Description

Hubops is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing IT services team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure. This role requires both strategic sales skills and the willingness to conduct on-site client visits to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B – IT Services)

Experience: 4 to 6 years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the complete sales process — from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Hubops’ IT service offerings, including SaaS, DaaS, mobile app development, website development, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits within Ahmedabad to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, software, and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad for meetings and client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
