Shift: US shift 6.30pm to 3.30am or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

About the Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers and target accounts.
• Conduct outbound outreach through

  cold calls, emails, and social networking platforms

  .
• Qualify leads using predefined criteria and schedule

  discovery calls

  for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.
• Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, activities, and progress.
• Support marketing campaigns with outreach efforts and optimize messaging for better response rates.
• Primarily support the

  top-of-funnel sales activities

  , with occasional involvement in handling smaller deals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome

  ; prior internship or exposure in sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, multitask, and maintain detailed records.
