Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team at Wizr AI. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the overall sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online research.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualification:

    • Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
    • Use a consultative approach to assess customer requirements and determine how Wizr AIs solutions can address their needs.
  • Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Maintain a detailed log of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine outreach efforts.
  • Performance Tracking:

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the AI or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and qualification processes in a SaaS environment.
