Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo

    .
  • Conduct personalized cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in

    Salesforce/Zoho CRM

    .
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen teams to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client pain points, and competitive insights.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years

    of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or business development roles in

    IT services or SaaS

    .
  • Proven experience generating leads for

    international markets (US/UK/EU)

    .
  • Excellent

    English communication

    (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with

    Salesforce, Zoho, SalesLoft, LISN, or Zapier

    .
  • Knowledge of digital transformation domains like

    AI, Analytics, DevOps, or Salesforce

    is a plus.
