This is a full-time role for an Oracle NetSuite Project Manager at ERP League. This role is located in Bengaluru but offers flexibility for some remote work. We are looking for an Oracle NetSuite Project Manager to join our team, driving the effective implementation, Support and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions for our clients. The candidate should be well versed with NetSuite functional and technical aspects, ideally with exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or professional services. This role requires a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on NetSuite configuration skills, technical development oversight, and strong project management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design to customization, integration, deployment, and post-implementation optimization. Position: Oracle NetSuite Project Manager Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hybrid - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization projects. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications. - Manage change requests, resource allocations, and project governance. - Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. - Map business processes to NetSuite capabilities, with expertise in core modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, Procurement, and Order Management. - Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, and reports to support business requirements. - Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to maximize system adoption. - Oversee and coordinate NetSuite customizations, scripting (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow automation, SuiteTalk integrations, and API developments. - Lead data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with developers to design and implement robust technical solutions. - Ensure alignment of system architecture with scalability and performance best practices. - Act as the bridge between business users and project delivery team comprising of functional, and technical teams. - Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support. - Stay informed about latest NetSuite releases and emerging ERP technologies for continuous improvement. Skill Required: - Minimum of 5 end-to-end NetSuite project implementation experience as Project Manager. - 6+ years of experience in project management with NetSuite ERP. - Proven functional expertise in ERP business processes, preferably including manufacturing, inventory, and financials. - Good understanding of NetSuite customization, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (API), and integrations. - Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). - Experience in data migration, integration with third-party systems, and technical troubleshooting. - Experience of NS implementation for manufacturing, distribution & high-tech industries. - Background in both consulting and in-house ERP project delivery. - Multi-project handling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, collaboration and communication skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred. - NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteScript Developer) highly desirable. As an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Cloud developer, your role will involve the technical implementation and ongoing support of the multi-country Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to all functional and configuration-related questions regarding Oracle Core HR & Recruiting Cloud. - Understanding different Applicant Tracking Systems like Taleo and other tools. - Having hands-on experience with Core HR & Talent Management workforce structures and configurations. - Configuring & testing Oracle delivered quarterly patches and updates. - Integrating Oracle Recruiting Cloud with different 3rd party tools like Job Boards & Social Networking Integrations. - Contributing to the designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and evaluating the product to meet customer requirements. - Supporting business requirement gathering sessions for reporting and embedded analytics across all modules of Fusion. - Translating business requirements into value-added reports and analytics meeting the needs of the stakeholders. - Developing and modifying workflow configurations, troubleshooting issues with current workflow rules. - Troubleshooting and tracking issues; assisting users with problem resolution. - Providing training and communication of system updates to new and existing users. - Maintaining security-related configuration based on users" job responsibilities. - Configuring within the system based on the needs of the customer. - Understanding REST APIs integrations and SSO integrations is desired. - Working independently and/or serving as Technical Lead on Projects. - Assessing the impact of product upgrades and patches delivered by Oracle. - Performing other duties as assigned by management. - Developing data model reports using OTBI and Analysis as needed. - Experience on Oracle Analytics or Cognos BI is preferable. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of software application development and maintenance experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR & Recruiting Cloud and related tools. - A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR configurations is preferred. - Proficiency in SQL queries with different databases. - Good Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Knowledge. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Experience in designing and maintaining Interfaces between HRIS systems with Workforce Integration Management (XML API) required. - Ability to work in global delivery models, collaborating with cross-cultural and distributed teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering business value.
