Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in international markets. This role will focus exclusively on acquiring new clients in the USA and Europe, managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle prospecting, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

• Handle inbound leads promptly and ensure high conversion rates.

• Drive new client acquisition through outbound efforts: LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, and professional networking.

• Research target industries and market trends to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create impactful, customized proposals.

• Represent Capital Numbers in client meetings, webinars, virtual networking events, and industry expos.

• Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 to 9 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services industry.

• Proven expertise in international business development targeting USA and European markets.

• Strong skills in lead generation, outbound sales, and prospecting using digital tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• High level of ownership, initiative, and target orientation.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or technical background is a plus).

• Experience representing companies at industry events, expos, or webinars.

• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and email automation platforms.

• Willing to work flexible hours aligned with EST and CET time zones.
