Key Responsibilities: * Lead backend development projects and oversee end-to-end delivery. * Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. * Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. * Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend architectures. * Manage project timelines, team performance, and client communications. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in backend development using .NET, Python, Node.js, or Java. * Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering successful technical solutions. * Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to engage and manage client expectations. * Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
