Sales Development Representative (SDR) –
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and qualify prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, possess excellent English communication skills, and be adept at using LinkedIn for outreach. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in CRM tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn messaging.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sales tools and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
