Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timing).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points and business needs.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives (AEs) or Sales Managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.
  • CRM and Sales Tools Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track key metrics such as outreach volume, meetings set, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and messaging.
  • Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Market Research and Feedback:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and any changes in buyer behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in B2B sales (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • ERP Sales
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
