About the role

Sales SDR (Sales Development Representative)

You’ll research prospects, craft compelling outreach, and use a mix of channels to get noticed. Once a discovery call is booked and the AE takes over, your job is done — and you move on to the next opportunity.

You're naturally curious about how businesses work. You enjoy researching companies, spotting patterns, and crafting smart messages that get replies. You're energized by the idea of connecting with people and helping them solve real problems.

You’re not afraid to experiment. Whether it’s a video message, a voice note, or a well-crafted cold email — you like trying new ways to get through to your audience.

You must be comfortable using modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and CRM platforms to research, reach out, and track leads effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from Blend-ed
  • Write and send 

    personalized outreach

     messages via email, LinkedIn, or other creative formats
  • Book 

    discovery calls

     with qualified leads for the Account Executive
  • Hand off warm leads to the AE team and ensure a smooth transition
  • Track outreach, responses, and follow-ups in a CRM or internal system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria
  • Learn about our product, the LMS market, and the specific challenges our target customers face
  • Share feedback from early-stage conversations to help improve our overall sales approach



Requirements
