Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Daily tasks will involve researching industry trends, meeting with potential clients to discuss their needs, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Account Management skills and experience in managing client relationships
• Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
