Brick N Land Construction Pvt Ltd was established in 2015. The company is in the Luxury Weekend Homes segment of the Real Estate Construction Business. We completed three successful Luxury Weekend Villas and Townhouse projects in Bangalore and its surrounding areas. Our idea was that everybody deserves Luxury and Quality. Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Brick and Land Constructions Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications


  • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
