We are looking for a proactive and highly communicative

Sales Development associate

to join our sales team and handle leads during our early shift

(6 AM to 4 PM IST)

. During this window, we receive a steady flow of leads, we currently need a dedicated resource to follow up promptly. You will be the first point of contact for these inbound leads, helping us drive conversions by engaging potential

clients quickly and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes during shift hours to ensure a high quality first impression.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects using personalized, value driven phone calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads by gathering key information and initial requirements before escalating to the senior sales team.
  • Identify and understand customer pain points to craft messaging aligned with INSIDEA’s solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records by documenting all interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment across the customer journey.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during the early shift
  • Comfortable using CRM tools

Nice To Have

  • Experience with outbound calling or sales email automation tools
  • Prior work in B2B sales or SaaS environments
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification
