Job Description

As a Sales Development Associate (SDA), you will play a vital role in learning the essential aspects of sales and generating high-quality leads for our sales teams. This position serves as a stepping stone toward advancing to a Business Development Representative role, where you will undergo continuous sales training, acquire the skills to prospect across various selling departments at Park Place Technologies, and deepen your understanding of the wide range of products and services we offer to both potential and existing customers. The Business Development Representative position acts as a transition before moving into an account manager role, and typically, individuals spend approximately 3 to 4 months in the Sales Development Associate position. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Familiarizing yourself with Park Place Technologies, our comprehensive offerings, and mastering the art of effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients. - Utilizing various prospecting methods like cold calling, emails, calendar invitations, and social media to generate qualified leads and arrange discovery calls for the different sales teams within our organization. - Receiving training on utilizing our sales engagement tools, customer relationship management system, internal resources, and other tools aimed at identifying and engaging potential clients. - Learning how to create targeted prospecting lists, develop outbound messaging, recognize influencers and key decision-makers, and pinpoint opportunities for Park Place Technologies to secure new business. - Engaging in daily training sessions focusing on technology, sales techniques, and simulated prospecting interactions to enhance your knowledge of our business and refine your ability to identify promising sales prospects. - Understanding the collaborative efforts of various departments within the organization to provide seamless support to both internal and external customers. - Cultivating strong organizational skills and effectively managing your daily activities to meet predefined performance metrics. - Fulfilling any other duties and assignments delegated to you. We are seeking individuals with: - 0-6 months of relevant professional development experience, including internships, involvement in professional groups at school, exposure to sales, business development, marketing, lead generation, or prospecting (preferred). Desirable Qualifications: - Interest in and willingness to relocate. Education: - Bachelor's degree preferred. Travel: - Expected travel of approximately 10%.
