Your Role: Sales Development Representative
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact between Tsaaro and potential clients. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and create opportunities that support our business development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business leads.

Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Business Development or Sales team.

Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft tailored messaging to build rapport and spark interest.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.

Collaborate closely with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and content that support lead generation.

Support pre-sales activities including sharing relevant materials, setting up meetings, and gathering client requirements.

Continuously follow up with prospects and nurture cold leads through regular engagement and relationship building.

Stay up to date with Tsaaro’s service offerings, industry trends, and privacy regulations to have meaningful conversations with potential clients.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (internships or freshers with strong communication may also be considered).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

Proactive attitude, growth mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to SaaS, cybersecurity, or data privacy domains is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Experience in using automation tools for outreach and lead nurturing.

Understanding of the consultative sales approach and value-based selling.
