Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore South for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales inquiries, maintain and organize sales documentation, and support the sales team in prospecting and client communication. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, tracking client orders, preparing reports, and addressing customer concerns promptly. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to the overall sales process and maintain professional relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

1. Support the sales team with preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documents.

2. Handle inquiries from clients and provide prompt follow-up in coordination with the sales team.

3. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and client communications.

4. Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

5. Prepare and update sales reports, tracking sheets, and client databases.

6. Assist in customer meetings, presentations, and exhibitions when required.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards.


Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Fluency in English is must

6. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. No field sales is required.

7. Eagerness to learn and grow within the oil & gas industry.
