EXIM Manager should have strong practical knowledge of DGFT procedures, including handling Advance Authorization, EPCG, and DFIA licenses, along with experience in norm fixation and export obligation tracking. They must be well-versed in claiming export incentives like RoDTEP, RoSCTL, and Duty Drawback, and understand the nuances of deemed exports. Familiarity with FTA/PTA benefits, Certificate of Origin issuance, and compliance with QCO and BIS requirements is essential. They should have hands-on experience in managing third-party exports, high seas sales, GST refund processes, ECGC policies, and applications for Export House and AEO status. Strong documentation skills, regulatory compliance awareness, and the ability to troubleshoot Customs or licensing issues are critical for this role.
