Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily communication between sales executives and the sales manager.
  • Record and maintain sales team queries, requirements, and updates.
  • Regularly track prospects, follow-ups, and sales performance.
  • Maintain and update the client and team database using Excel or CRM tools.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, lead allocation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain the sales hierarchy, team structure, and reporting data.
  • Please make sure that team issues are resolved through coordination with management.
  • Coordination with the product sources (Investors / Developers RM)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
  • 1 -3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good follow-up ability.
