The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency, tracking performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
Coordinate communication between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams
Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation accurately and on time
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
Track sales performance, targets, and key metrics
Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience working in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment
Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
