Job description NOTE:- Real Estate Sales Manager -Gurgaon Market (Experienced Only) Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Gurgaon real estate sales. We have tie-ups with over 118 of India's leading Real Estate developers like DLF, Emaar, Signature Global, M3M, ATS, Godrej, Tata, Adani, Ambience Group, etc. About the Role:- We are a reputed Real estate Consulting firm seeking a seasoned sales professional with hands-on experience in the Gurgaon property market. The ideal candidate must possess strong local market knowledge, an existing client base, and a history of closing residential or commercial deals in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities:- Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial property sales in Gurgaon. Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients. Maintain an active pipeline of clients and manage end-to-end deal closures. Coordinate with developers, investors, and channel partners in the Gurgaon region. Stay updated on Gurgaon's real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming projects. Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the Gurgaon market (mandatory). Prior experience with a Real estate brokerage firm is a strong advantage. In-depth knowledge of key Gurgaon micro-markets like Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strong database of investors, buyers, or channel partners is a plus. Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales targets.
