Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Schedule meetings with potential customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on residential properties, commercial properties, land & plots to clients based on their needs and budget constraints.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong business development skills with ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective tele/inside sales conversions.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
