Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Documentation Management

• Process sales orders, quotations, and other sales-related documentation with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, formal proposals, and sales collateral.

• CRM & Reporting

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and performance presentations.
• Monitor and track sales performance against targets, identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement.

• Customer & Internal Liaison

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding order status, product information, and delivery.
• Handle and direct incoming sales inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Liaise with internal departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial) to ensure seamless operations.

• Sales Team Support

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Proactively communicate important updates, product changes, and customer feedback to the team.
• Support the coordination of sales events, product launches, and training sessions.

• Administrative & Process Excellence

• Manage and maintain office supplies and resources specifically for the sales department.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall sales support efficiency.
