Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and safeguard all business, operational, and customer-related data with strict confidentiality.
Ensure adherence to time management, attendance norms, and workplace discipline.
Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain effective inter-departmental communication for timely and accurate information flow.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and organized filing systems.
Handle order-related coordination and ensure accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Prepare, update, and share MIS reports related to orders, coordination, and operational activities.
Maintain customer records and support customer coordination regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate delays or issues to concerned stakeholders.
Coordinate distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, banners, and gifts as required.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in coordination, operations, or manufacturing support roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems; Zoho knowledge preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
