* Productivity Support: Assist the sales team by contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing up-to-date, on time support
* Customer Communication: Handle calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
* Order Management: Process orders via phone, email, or mail; verify that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers; ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
* Coordination: Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and the marketing department to ensure seamless operations.
* Department Collaboration: Work with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Record Management: Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial data to the finance department.
* Efficiency: Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and effectively.
