We are currently seeking a technically skilled and experienced Hydraulic Tools Technician to join our service and support team. As part of this role, the technician will be responsible for handling a wide range of hydraulic tools and systems used in heavy industrial maintenance, construction, power plants, railways, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, servicing, repair, and calibration of hydraulic tools and equipment, including but not limited to: Hydraulic Jacks (Toe Jacks, Bottle Jacks, Pancake Jacks) Scissor Lifts and Hydraulic Platforms Hydraulic Cylinders (Single/Double Acting, Hollow Plunger, High Tonnage) Hydraulic Pullers (Mechanical & Hydraulic) Hydraulic Pumps (Manual, Electric, Air-Driven, Torque Pumps) Torque Wrenches (Square Drive, Low Profile, Pneumatic) Nut Splitters, Flange Spreaders, Crimping Tools, and Cutters Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, flow measurement, and troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment. Provide on-site and in-house technical support to customers, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution. Maintain accurate and timely service reports, equipment history records, and preventive maintenance documentation. Ensure tools and machines are handled, maintained, and stored as per OEM specifications. Coordinate with the inventory and service department for parts, replacements, and service kits. Desired Candidate Profile: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in servicing or operating hydraulic tools and systems. Sound knowledge of hydraulic principles, flow-pressure calculations, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, torque testers, etc. Physically fit and willing to travel for on-site support and services. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills with a safety-first mindset.
