Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing financial records, bookkeeping, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
• Manage petty cash and expense records
• Help prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
