Zoho Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
Chindalia Industrial Products Limited is seeking a skilled Zoho Implementation Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our Zoho applications across business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, or other Zoho modules, ensuring smooth integration and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
• Configure workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments.
• Train internal teams on effective usage of Zoho tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for business processes through Zoho tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Zoho implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, or other Zoho applications.
• Experience with Zoho integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
