Job Description

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, your role will involve supporting clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Zoho applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding client business requirements and effectively translating them into Zoho solutions. - Configuring and customizing Zoho modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports. - Supporting functional processes across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications. - Assisting in end-user training and preparing detailed documentation. - Collaborating with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and deployments. - Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes using Zoho solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications & skills: - Freshers or experienced candidates with a commerce background. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Projects) is an added advantage. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work location is in person.,
