Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with expertise in GeM tendering to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling sales coordination, tender documentation, and client communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate GeM tender submissions.
• Track tenders, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and maintaining sales records.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Support in preparing commercial documents and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain client database and generate periodic sales reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in GeM tendering is mandatory.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
