Job Title: Sales Coordinator For New Business Development Department: Backend Sales Location: Rohini, Delhi Reporting To: Director Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet sales goals, build lasting relationships, and understand customer needs in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and referrals. Conduct client meetings and product presentations to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs. Manage the entire sales process – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to deliver excellent customer experiences. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline status, and activity reports using CRM tools. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle objections confidently. Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and customer relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Preferred Skills: Experience in [mention specific sector like real estate, IT, FMCG, automotive, or retail]. Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to the role). Familiarity with digital sales tools and online lead generation strategies. Ability to travel as needed for client visits or regional expansion.
