JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator (No Field Work – No Cold Calling) Salary: Upto ₹35,000/month in hand + PF + Sales Incentives Location: Rajmaxmi Complex, Kahler, Bhiwandi Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales support or coordination role Role Summary: We are looking for a sharp, well-organised Sales Coordinator to join our internal sales team. This role involves managing incoming leads, coordinating between departments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company. No field visits or cold calls involved—this is a full-time desk job. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries from customers (WhatsApp, website, calls, emails) Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations with help from internal teams Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams for pricing, samples, and lead times Follow up on quotations, negotiate as needed, and support final closure Maintain records of leads, quotes, and orders using Excel, Tally, and internal systems Track order progress and ensure timely deliveries Send proactive updates to customers on delays or delivery status Ensure proper documentation, reports, and payment follow-ups Must-Have Skills: Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc. Tally – Comfortable with basic entries and reports Strong Communication – Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal + written) Organised & Reliable – Able to multitask, follow up without reminders Sales Understanding – Knows how to support and close a sale Team Player – Works well with multiple departments without friction Soft Skills We Value: Positive, can-do attitude Doesn’t wait for instructions—takes ownership Honest and dependable Sharp memory and attention to detail Learns from mistakes and improves Pay: ₹27,220.82 - ₹38,683.81 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
