Sales Co-ordinator

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years experience preferably from sales.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Support.

(a) Tele calling Sales Co-ordinator's Job Profile. (b) Fixing appointments with the Customers/Architects and Mktg Staff. (c) Pushing sales people on the field.

• Co-ordination.

(a) Co-ordination with the Purchase & Logistics department for procurement & supply to site. (b) Co-ordination with Projects team for delivery of project within timeline.

• Payment Follow-up.

(a) Provide Invoice details to Accounts as per PO. (b) Written/ Telephonic Payment Follow up in coordination of Accounts Dept.

• Preparing BOQ for sales team.

(a) Preparing small Proposals/Quotations. (b) Support sales Staff for Proposals in emergencies. (c) Tender Submissions & tender documents preparation for submissions. (d) Preparing Project Profitability statement /DNU. (e) Updating Price Lists.

• Maintaining Enquiry and Sales register.

(a) Maintaining enquiry register & assigning enquiries to sales people in consultation with General Manager/ Directors. (b) Maintaining follow on leads. (c) Sales register to be maintained for AMC follow up.

• Reporting.

(a) Reporting to General Manager/Directors (MSG) (b) Tracking of MSG staff. (c) Preparing MIS for MSG.

• Scanning of Cards.

(a) Scanning of visiting cards of sales people. (b) Scanning of reference & appreciation letters from customers. (c) Maintenance of Database on Server.

• Stock Update and advice

(a) Coordination with purchase for stock account. (b) Update sales staff/ directors for the same. (c) Update Account of the delivered and update the stock accordingly.

• Client Documentation

(a) PO inspection and PO acceptance letter. (b) Assigning Project code to the received PO. (c) PO amendment updating to PLG, ATG & SMG. (d) Import documentation coordination with client (LC's etc.) (e) Preparing High Sea Sales agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
