Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling procurement activities related to IT equipment, hardware, and AV (Audio-Visual) products. This role involves vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for IT, hardware, and AV products.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Process purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for replenishment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Projects, Accounts, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Support in annual rate contracts, vendor audits, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and alternative suppliers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT products, hardware components, and AV systems.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or procurement software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
