HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Factory Operations   Location: H-2, DSIDC Industrial Estate, Badli, Delhi Company: Motif Electric Ltd   About Us: Motif Electric Ltd is a leading manufacturer of MPP film capacitors and electrical switchgear products. We are seeking a street-smart and proactive HR Recruiter who can handle only recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in our factory, and ensure manpower requirements are met every day without fail.   Key Responsibilities:   Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for operational and managerial roles.   Conduct strong, targeted conversations to accurately gauge candidates’ skills, attitude, and suitability for the role.   Ensure only the most suitable candidates are forwarded to senior management to save time.   Handle salary discussions and finalize offers within approved limits.   Quickly address daily manpower shortages — including directly visiting local labour markets/chowks to bring in workers when required.   Build and maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for both permanent and temporary needs.     Requirements:   Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.   Street-smart personality with the ability to think on their feet and get work done by any means necessary.   Excellent conversational skills to evaluate candidates effectively.   Must own a two-wheeler for commuting and for local recruitment visits.   Knowledge of both blue-collar and white-collar hiring processes.   Ability to work independently and deliver quick results under pressure.
