Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across manufacturing, sales, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and walk-ins. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with respective department heads. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and MIS reports. Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring plan and production requirements. Conduct salary negotiations, issue offer letters, and manage candidate follow-ups till joining. Handle joining formalities, documentation, and coordinate induction programs. Maintain compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR processes related to hiring. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and recruitment strategy. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and staffing agencies when required.
