As a Sales Coordinator at Ocean Polymer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Thrissur, your role involves various key responsibilities to ensure efficient coordination and communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: - Prepare accurate and customized quotations based on client requirements. - Draft and compile tender documents with completeness and accuracy, submit tenders on time, and follow up with prospective clients. - Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with clients. - Manage orders placed directly with factories, monitor production schedules for on-time fulfillment, and act as a liaison between factories, suppliers, and clients. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone professionally, build strong client relationships, and address customer issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Knowledge in Tally. - Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role, ideally within the building materials industry. - Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
