Codersbay Technologies is looking for Sales/ Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Lead generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals
  • Utilize social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources to expand the reach and visibility of the company
  • Prospecting and qualification: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit with the company's products or services
  • Relationship building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport building
  • Understand their business challenges and pain points, and position the company's offerings as solutions that meet their needs
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, value proposition, and competitive advantages
  • Articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Consultative selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide value-added recommendations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements
  • Sales pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on target market trends and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the transition from lead generation to sales closure
  • Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine the company's value proposition
