Flutter Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app development, good UI/UX sensibility, and the ability to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Work closely with designers to implement clean and modern user interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and third-party packages for seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, GetX, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, SQLite, and third-party libraries.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD designs.
• Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Agile development methodologies.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of native development (Android or iOS) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Flutter (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise).
• Prior experience working in startup environments or product-based companies.
• Exposure to state management tools like Riverpod, Redux, or MobX.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
