Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to support business goals.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
Optimize algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain and improve existing AI systems and workflows.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies and propose innovative ideas.
Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Proficient in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms and model deployment.
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
