Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Developer, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Web Designer will create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, develop responsive web designs, and work closely with the front-end development team. Additionally, the Web Designer will be responsible for graphic design, ensuring the visual consistency and quality of the web graphics. Responsibilities: Design responsive websites and interfaces Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Ensure designs follow brand and UX best practices Update and maintain existing sites (e.g., WordPress) Collaborate with teams and take feedback Requirements: Experience in web design with a strong portfolio Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus Understanding of responsive design and UX principles Attention to detail and good communication skills Qualifications Skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design Experience in Front-End Development Strong attention to detail and creative flair Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and on hybrid schedules Must known tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field Show more Show less
