Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing and fostering relationships with clients and partners, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, creating strategic business plans, providing reports on sales performance, and working cross-functionally to drive growth initiatives.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the financial or insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
