We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sr. Project Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens automation systems (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500, WinCC, etc.) to join our dynamic engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute industrial automation projects using Siemens PLC/SCADA systems. Design and develop control logic and HMI applications using TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, etc. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-time solutions. Perform FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting at site (if required). Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and training materials. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering. 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Siemens-based automation projects. Proficient in TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500, WinCC, Step 7, Profibus/Profinet. Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and panel integration. Experience in handling onsite commissioning and customer interaction. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to Siemens drives (VFDs/Servo) integration. Experience with other brands (Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT). Why Join Us?
