Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market competition and adjust strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Required Qualifications: Graduate degree (BBM, BBA, or B.Com preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development Age: 30-35 years Intermediate English proficiency Fluency in Hindi and Kannada required Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in the building materials industry is preferred
