Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes conducting market research and analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with different teams to ensure client needs are met. The manager will play a key role in expanding NoBrokerHood’s market presence and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management
• Experience with market research, analysis, and developing sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Experience in the real estate or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
