Job Description

🔹 Understand the Role:

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at GREFET, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our premium system aluminium doors and windows across multiple cities in India.

🔹 What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role means consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, expanding GREFET’s reach into new markets, strengthening partnerships with fabricators, architects, and builders, and becoming a trusted representative of our brand's excellence and innovation.

🔹 Your Impact at GREFET:

This is a critical role that directly fuels GREFET’s growth journey. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to drive market expansion, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will help GREFET strengthen its position as a leader in the luxury aluminium window and door system industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, builders, architects, and channel partners.
  • Promote GREFET’s premium system aluminium windows and doors to targeted customer segments.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the best solutions from GREFET’s product portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the growth of the brand across designated cities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the building materials industry.
  • Represent GREFET’s values of innovation, quality, and customer excellence in all client interactions.



Qualifications

  • Educational qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or MBA
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key decision-makers.
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the building materials or interior solutions industry.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify market trends and potential growth areas.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfort with field sales, client visits, and regular travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting will be an advantage.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
