Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales & Business Development Executive at GREFET, your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and promote premium system aluminium doors and windows in various cities across India. Success in this role entails consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, expanding GREFET's presence in new markets, strengthening partnerships with fabricators, architects, and builders, and embodying the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects. - Build and nurture strong relationships with fabricators, builders, architects, and channel partners. - Promote GREFET's premium system aluminium windows and doors to specific customer segments. - Understand client requirements and suggest the most suitable solutions from GREFET's product range. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Achieve set sales targets and actively contribute to the brand's growth in designated cities. - Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the building materials industry. - Uphold GREFET's values of innovation, quality, and customer excellence in all client interactions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to establish trust and influence key decision-makers. - 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the building materials or interior solutions sector. - Strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and potential growth areas. - Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Proficiency in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail. - Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and regular travel as required. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting will be advantageous. - Proactive, self-motivated approach and the flexibility to work independently or within a collaborative team environment.,
