Sales Business Development

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the agency. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, researching, and pursuing new business opportunities. - Using lead generation tools to build a strong pipeline of prospects. - Creating compelling sales decks, proposals, and pitches using Canva and PowerPoint. - Conducting industry and competitor research to support sales strategies. - Coordinating with internal teams to align proposals with capabilities. - Using project management tools to track leads, proposals, and sales conversions. - Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. - Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and client office visits. - Meeting monthly sales targets to unlock performance incentives. - Leading and mentoring a small team for research, outreach, and coordination. Qualifications for this role include: - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. - Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and lead generation tools. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com. - Strong research and presentation skills. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without stress. - Preferably based in or near Gurgaon. - Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in office).
