B2B Sales Associate

Role Overview

As a B2B Sales Associate, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to establish and grow Sova’s presence in the medical and wellness community. This is a high-ownership role in a new channel for Sova, requiring a mix of sales hustle, relationship-building, and structured execution. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to healthcare practitioners, setting up consultations, and ensuring adoption of Sova’s tests and probiotic solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with nutritionists, doctors, wellness clinics, and hospitals.
  • Conduct physical meetings and online consultations to pitch Sova’s offerings.
  • Own the B2B sales pipeline – from lead generation to closure and onboarding of partners.
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Support in designing outreach campaigns, tracking leads, and preparing sales MIS reports in Excel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent Sova Health at industry events, conferences, and practitioner meet-ups.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

     1–3 years in healthcare sales, wellness, diagnostics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – 

    fluent English is mandatory

  • Strong written communication for drafting emails, proposals, and decks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Mindset:

  • Startup-ready – willingness to hustle, travel for meetings, and own outcomes.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Bonus:

     Existing network of doctors, hospitals, or nutritionists.
