As a Sales Assistant at Testron Group, you will be the technical and commercial ambassador for our core product lines. You will leverage your engineering expertise to understand customer requirements, propose tailored solutions and drive revenue growth. This role blends field-based client engagement with strategic account development and coordination with our technical support and applications teams.
➔ Engage with prospects and existing customers to identify needs and present technical demonstrations of UTM, environmental chambers, packaging testing instruments, Analytical Instruments and video measuring systems.
➔ Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and technical documentation aligned to customer specifications and industry standards.
➔ Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, customer visits and participation in trade shows and conferences.
➔ Collaborate with applications engineers to design customized solutions and support product installation, commissioning and training.
➔ Track sales activities, forecasts and reports using CRM tools to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
➔ Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring prompt resolution of technical or commercial queries.
➔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
➔ Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with technical instrumentation or industrial automation equipment.
➔ Proven track record selling Universal Testing Machines, environmental test chambers, video measuring machines or related laboratory instruments.
➔ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.
➔ Self-motivated, target-driven mindset and willingness to travel within the region.
➔ Proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office and basic knowledge of engineering standards (ASTM, ISO, IEC).
➔ Fluency in English
